My grandpa actually has the first 2002 Thunderbird sold in Virginia. It has a tan interior and I've never seen nor heard of him ever driving it. He had the hardtop and the soft top and he keeps it in his climate controlled garage under a cover. I've only seen it 3 times. I doubt he would trade for a Buick though. He's… » 3/28/15 3:08pm Saturday 3:08pm

This is from 2010. I don't think anybody uses Blackberry anymore. The Blackberry users have moved to iPhone and I think more people that aren't XDA developers use Android now. » 3/28/15 3:04pm Saturday 3:04pm

High Score!

24.1 mpg isn't too bad for a 1995 Tacoma 4x4. Gas was really cheap in South Carolina. Was going the speedlimit the whole time (65 or 70). Not bad for a 217,000 mile 4x4 with 10.8 inches of stock ground clearance. Paint is almost done. I need another coat on the bed and I need to polish out some overspray. Here's a… » 3/28/15 9:30am Saturday 9:30am

My parents got me cheap rubber floor mats with my university's logo on them. They work alright. I think I'm going to replace the carpet with vynil thought. It's only a regular cab truck so I'd like to be able to hose it out. » 3/26/15 9:30pm Thursday 9:30pm

My first gen tacoma is similar to the Rangers I've driven. Tacoma is a bit more comfortable but they're essentially the same. I have a 4x4 with the 2.7 4 cylinder I get 20 mpg average and around 24 on the highway. I think a ranger with the 2.3 (?) .4l smaller and 2wd should be capable of 30mpg. » 3/23/15 6:08pm 3/23/15 6:08pm

I own both a truck and a wagon. Truck is a 1995 Tacoma and the wagon is a 2000 Saab. Both have 5 speed manual transmissions and 4 cylinder engines. I'll be selling the wagon to my dad for my brother. Why? The truck is more fun to dive. It's not as fast as the 2.3t Saab nor as nibble and the throw is miles longer but I… » 3/22/15 9:14pm 3/22/15 9:14pm

With any luck weather permitting graphics will go on tommorow and bedliner on Tuesday. Then I just have to polish, wax and put everything back together then 1200 mile road trip on Saturday. » 3/14/15 8:05pm 3/14/15 8:05pm

Plastidip is about $10 a can. The light idea sounds good. I don't think a brush guard would look good on a PT cruiser. I'd try to find a police pushbar from a unibody impala or if they ever made police stratus try and get it from that. Brush guard would be too heavy and mess with the crumple zones. » 3/13/15 9:15am 3/13/15 9:15am

Unless you have 6 close friends that you need to drive around on a daily basis I don't think 12mpg is justified for an SUV. If you're going to get that millage get a truck. It's more useful as a spare vehicle and they get better than 12mpg empty. A ranger would be good. I think Denver gets 19 mpg with his 4.0 and I… » 3/12/15 8:47pm 3/12/15 8:47pm
